Amy has been pole dancing since June 2007. She remembers how nervous she felt before her first ever class, but how quickly she fell in love with the sport. She loves the combination of grace, dance, strength and flexibility that pole dancing has to offer.
Amy taught pole for 2 years while she was living in London and says: “I find it incredibly rewarding watching the confidence and strength of my students grow.”
Recently new to Oxford, Amy is excited to join Dance Inspires and create a strong and trusting relationship with her students, in order to encourage and support them during their pole journey.
In her spare time Amy likes to keep active by riding her bike, running and doing yoga. She also loves cooking and has a keen interest in nutrition.
Amy is a qualified Exercise to Music Instructor, First Aider and is insured to teach pole fitness. She also trained in Ballet, Jazz and Tap between the ages of 5-16.
